Center for Catholic Studies Proceedings Since 1997 the Center for Catholic Studies has hosted numerous faculty development seminars related to the Christian, religious and human dimensions of academic life. Some of these seminars, such as the one in 2001, The Core of the Core: Reflections on the Core Curriculum, were directly related to the establishment of the Seton Hall University Core Curriculum.
