Synopsis:
On the eve of the 2012 Presidential Election, we can make a preliminary assessment of where our election system now stands, given the resolution of many disputed issues in the courts. This talk will focus on what this election cycle has taught us about issues ranging from campaign finance to early voting, access to the ballot box for eligible voters, the role of political parties, and related issues.
