Course Description
International Political Economy (IPE) is a thoroughly interdisciplinary subject which focuses on the interaction between politics and economics on a global scale. This course aims to provide students with a thorough introduction to this field of study. Students will learn about the contending theoretical approaches to the study of IPE, the history of the global economy from the Industrial Revolution until today, and the key issues in global economic relations.
