Description

This exhibition features the artwork of three emerging artists working in Northern New Jersey. Each of the artists creates using different media and elaborate on a variety of themes. Joya Angola Thompson’s photographs often feature one of her favorite muses, her mother. Grace Marquinhos’ mixed-media installation is a commentary on gender roles and the family unit. Jamie Allen’s watercolors are inspired by nature, in this instance, a recent trip to Hawaii. The Walsh Gallery is pleased to exhibit these talented, young artists in “Trio.”
