Written Advocacy Panel
Panelists will each focus on a differentiated topic under this general theme. All panelists will be addressing issues such as what are the most common mistakes in legal writing, what are best practices in effective legal writing, how has legal writing evolved with the evolution of communication and social media, and how can law students most effectively transition from law school writing to effective writing in practice.
