Abstract
A visit to the Boston archives is suggested for advice on grant proposals. The publishing of the history of Newark for the anniversary is still debated. More quotations for publishing are sought after. It was decided that clear relationships with the University and the dioceses must be established in order to prove the sincerity and longevity of the Commission for grant applications.
